H Block: - Remove asbestos cladding to Western façade and replace with new vertical shiplap cladding on cavity. - Like for like replacement of existing end of life metal roofing over PE Store. G Block: - Like for like replacement of existing end of life metal roofing. - Remove asbestos cladding and rotten timber windows to Northern façade.
