Block A is an older corrugate roof which required full replacement. Block F has areas of steel roofing, and an internal butyl membrane gutter that are in poor condition and require replacement. Also in Block F there are skylights that will be removed and roofed over, including patching of the internal ceiling to match the existing and clearlite roofing that is in poor condition and requires replacement with MOE approved trafficable clearlite. ANC1 will undergo full roofing & gutter replacement, and the AC unit alloy supports on Block J will be replaced.
