Our current systems have reached the end of life, and this project provides an important opportunity to transition to a modern, efficient and reliable solution that supports a safe, healthy and high-quality environment for our staff, students and wider community. We are seeking a single supplier to deliver a comprehensive solution that includes: • Supply of fit-for-purpose, high-performance HVAC systems. • Installation completed to industry standards and within agreed timeframes • Ongoing maintenance and support to ensure long-term performance and reliability Respondents will be required to demonstrate strong technical capability, relevant delivery experience, robust health and safety practices, and a collaborative approach to achieving excellent project outcomes.
