To implement the Reciprocal Policy in RFPs, in the Tender Notice contracting officers are to:•In the description field of the tender notice, include one of the following statements: oIf the Policy applies: “Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers (if subject to any international trade agreement(s): and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner).”oIf the Policy, does not apply: Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
