Introduction ITB_004_2026_ Retrofitting of Evacuation Shelter in Khammouane Province Please refer to the document attached Annex 1: Technical Drawings Annex 2: Technical Specification Annex 3: Bill of Quantities Annex 4: Environment and Social Management Framework (ESMF) Annex 5: Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) A. Summary of Requirements ES01-04 — Khayu Ja-ang Village, Boualapha District, Khammouane Province Outdoor Works: Landscape, civil works, drainage, electrical distribution, and water supply infrastructure serving the site. Building A — Evacuation Shelter / Classroom (279m²) — Retrofit: Demolition and renewal of all architectural works, including doors and windows; inspection and repair of existing roof structure; and renewal of electrical works throughout. Building B — Secondary Classroom (60m²) — Retrofit: Demolition and renewal of all architectural works, including doors and windows; inspection and repair of existing roof structure; and renewal of electrical works throughout. Building C — WC Building (60m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility. Water Tank Support Tower (7m²) — New Construction: Bidding Schedule The pre-bid meeting for bidders will be held on 26 June 2026 at 09:00 am (Lao Time) at the Khammouane Labour and Social Welfare Department in Khammouane Province.
