Specific guidance relating to the design can be found below in Section 2: Our requirements. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high profile, community driven project that celebrates Colac Bay’s surf culture and heritage. The new statue will be a long-lasting legacy, supported by the CBPL. We are looking for visionary Suppliers who want to be part of something truly special.
