The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform irrigation management services as defined in this PWS. \n\n \n\n This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 221310- Water Supply and Irrigation Systems and the Small Business Size Standard is $41 Million. \n\n \n\n In order to be eligible for award the offeror must comply with all the requirements in the solicitation. Specific instructions are included in FAR 52.212-1- Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1. The evaluation information is included in addendum 52.212-2-Evaluation. \n\n \n\n This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services Procedures.
