Emerson's products and services are necessary to support Walla Walla (NWW), Seattle (NWS), Portland (NWP), and Omaha Districts' (NWO) hydroelectric operating projects, which require Emerson's custom pump gears, custom unloaders, programmable logic controller (PLC) software, and bearing packs as well as onsite commissioning, programming, training, and troubleshooting services. USACE NWW, NWS, NWP, and NWO powerhouses' existing governors were designed and installed by American Governor Company (AGC), which was acquired by Emerson in 2020, including all proprietary information related to operating, maintaining, and repairing the governors. \n\n This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored.
