This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0730 and is attached. This solicitation is being solicited as Full and Open competition. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339912 Surgical and Medical Instruments Manufacturer, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The Roseburg VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase 15 Wireless barcode scanners that are compatible with the CensiTrac software currently installed at the medical center. Service Location: Roseburg VA Medical Center 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd. Roseburg, OR 9747 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ.
