ITB - Establishment of LTA for Provision of Rental Vehicles - IOM AFG

Description

IOM Afghanistan invites duly licensed service providers to submit Technical and Financial bids to establish one or more Long-Term Agreement(s) (LTA) for rental vehicles with drivers, inclusive of fuel, maintenance/repairs, insurance, and related costs, to support IOM operations across Afghanistan on an as-needed basis. This ITB is divided into five (5) Lots: Lot 1 (Northern), Lot 2 (Eastern), Lot 3 (Central), Lot 4 (Western), and Lot 5 (Southern). Bidders may bid for one, several, or all Lots. Financial Proposal: For each selected Lot, bidders must complete Annex 01 (Price Schedule) and submit it in (i) signed & stamped PDF and (ii) editable Excel.
