Description
The Corporate Enforcement Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single-Party Framework Agreement for the provision, implementation and support of a Case Management Solution and Related Services. Requirements under the Framework Agreement will include, but are not limited to, the following: - A Software as a service (SaaS) for the Contracting Authority Case Management solution, including: initial implementation of the service(s); end-to-end managed service for the hosting, licencing, maintenance, development and support of the Contracting Authority's Case Management solution; - Additional features and potential future enhancements; - The migration of existing data (currently stored in MS Excel plus various file types MS Office suite products (e.g. doc , pdf) and MS Access databases, to the new solution - Reporting and Analytics capability - Training on the new solution - Any related Services deemed necessary to support the application over the life of the framework. - The implementation, support and development of a Case Management solution The desired outcomes of this framework are: - Create an integrated solution that is easy for all staff within the Contracting Authority to use. - Streamline and automate processes, reducing the administrative burden on the Contracting Authority. - Reduced reliance on key Contracting Authority centralised functions with increased self-sufficiency. - Facilitate and improve access to unified information and insights across the platform. - Improve and simplify productivity.
