This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist, Alexandria Duckett at Alexandria.D.Duckett@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on December 30, 2025. \n\n A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
