Establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for Event Programming, Production and Promotion Services for the Bram Stoker Festival, Title III Services. The festival combines large-scale public spectacle with intimate, high-quality cultural experiences, uniting artists, audiences and city partners to celebrate Dublin’s deep connection to Bram Stoker, Halloween and the Gothic imagination.
