Building A — Evacuation Shelter / Classroom (279m²) — Retrofit: Demolition and renewal of all architectural works, including doors and windows; inspection and repair of existing roof structure; and renewal of electrical works throughout. Building B — Secondary Classroom (60m²) — Retrofit: Demolition and renewal of all architectural works, including doors and windows; inspection and repair of existing roof structure; and renewal of electrical works throughout. Building C — WC Building (60m²) — New Construction: Full structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing works for a new sanitary facility. Water Tank Support Tower (7m²) — New Construction: New reinforced concrete support tower structure for elevated water tank.
