Sam Houston, TX. \n\n The Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of one (1) twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years, from 1 Oct 2026 - 30 Sep 2031. \n\n \nThe Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or \nprocured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regardless of submissions. \n\n \n THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO \nTHIS NOTICE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. \n \n\n PROGRAM BACKGROUND \nThe requirement is currently supported under contract W81K00-21-P-0302. \n\n \nREQUIRED CAPABILITIES \nThe Government requires interested offerors be able to meet the requirements stated in the attached draft PWS. \n\n \nELIGIBILITY \nThe applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $19M. \n\n \nSUBMISSION DETAILS \nThe Government will not review general capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement and information requested in the attached draft PWS. The Government requests Capabilities Statements be submitted electronically in PDF or MS Word format.
