If you intend to bid: a. Complete and sign the Cover Page, Bid Solicitation Cover Page Amendment #1 and return to this email address; b. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A of SME(WG) - RFP TSPS c. Read the security requirements noted in the Security Requirements Checklist (Signed SRCL) attached. d. Sign and return the Annex B, Basis of Payment, found on page 45. e. Section 4.2 table is for information only. No action required. f. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 of SME(WG) - RFP TSPS g. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name. h. Fill out Appendix C to Annex A i. Fill out fixed per hour rate in Annex B j.
