All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on November 29, 2022 by 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement to purchase one (1) Electric Walkie Stacker and ancillary items to be delivered in Quebec by February 2023. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
