Evaluation Process: The quote will be evaluated to determine technical acceptability and a fair and reasonable price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management. Evaluation factors in decending order of value: 1. Delivery 2. Condition of item 3. Price. \n\n United States Coast Guard Forces Rio Grande is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to provide and deliver one to three (1-3) airboats with trailers. The first to be delivered within 45 days of award. If more than one vessel is ordered, then follow-on deliveries will occur every 30 days for the remaining boats. The Coast Guard may award to multiple vendors a quantity between 1-3 vessels to ensure timelines are met. See attached requirement. \n\n It is mandatory to examine the requirement and become familiar with conditions under which the items will be procured.
