Procurement of a framework agreement for Marine Gas Oil (MGO)

Description

The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for Marine Gas Oil (MGO) for vessels through the establishment of one or several framework agreement(s). The framework agreement(s) shall ensure stable supply of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) in peace, contingency situations, conflict, crisis and war.
