Palmerston North City Council (PNCC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to: a. Execute the construction and necessary alterations to the toilet upgrade in the existing PNCC sports facility located in Lincoln Street in Ashhurst. b. Ensure that all works align with the approved design and specifications, including compliance with building standards throughout the delivery process; and c. Ensure all works are responsive to the functional requirements of the community.
