The works consist of a complete roof replacement to Block H, a partial roof replacement to Blocks D, K and E. Rescrewing to Blocks J, L and E. Spouting replacement to Blocks A (Admin near archgola) and L, roof repairs to Blocks A, C and F. Flashing replacements to Blocks A, B, C and E. Clearlight replacement to Block A. There is also a leak on B Block in the hallway to the Music room that needs to be investigated and remediated.
