UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Construction and Rehabilitation of 11 water supply projects (4 solar-powered water supply projects in Parwan Province, 4 solar-powered and 2 gravity-fed water supply projects in Kapisa Province and 1 solar-powered water supply projects in Khost Province). IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested bidders must respond to this tender using the UNICEF e-submission system, via the UNGM portal. In order to access the full UNICEF tender details, request clarifications, and submit a vendor response to a tender using the system. Bidders need to be registered as a UNICEF vendor at the UNGM portal and be logged into UNGM. Bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes. Proposals will be evaluated based on the cumulative analysis methodology (weighted scoring method), where the award of the contract will be made to the proposer whose offer has been evaluated and determined as the highest combination of technical and financial marks.
