Priority will be given to U.S.-branded hotels. \n\n Please refer the attached file for details of scope of service \n\n Requirements \n\n \n\t Prices should be exempt from VAT and SSCL \n\t Payment will be processed within 3–4 weeks following satisfactory completion of the conference. \n\t Offerors must comply with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) \n\t Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
