The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all necessary personnel, a secure and professional remote work environment, and all requisite equipment, software, and supplies to perform the duties described herein. \n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t Remote Verbatim Recording: From a remote location, capture a complete and precise real-time record of all spoken portions of official proceedings. \n\t Transcription: Produce and deliver accurate, verbatim transcripts of all recorded sessions in the specified format. \n\t Record and Exhibit Management: In coordination with the Office of Counsel, digitally mark and maintain a detailed log of all exhibits introduced during proceedings.
