Introduction Invitation to Submit an Offer for Consultancy Assignment for I CPE Morocco The Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is planning to conduct Independent Country Program Evaluation (ICPE) for the UNDP office of Morocco, which requires the services of an individual consultant to perform the work described in this document and the attached Term of Reference ToR. The IEO invites offers from qualified individuals for this particular assignment.
