The Ministry of Defence has given the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency the task of constructing new office areas for employees at FFI (The Norwegian Defence Research Establishment) at FFI's department in Horten. Based on this, The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like tenders for engineering design services for and the construction of new office areas.
