Meaningful improvements require coordination across experience design, platform architecture, content strategy, governance, analytics, and operating models. As a result, VA must modernize in a way that:\nMaintains continuity of service for millions of users.\nIntegrates with a diverse portfolio of legacy and emerging systems.\nOperates within a regulated, highly visible federal environment.\nSupports long-term scalability, adaptability, and resilience.\nOffers more seamless customer experience.\nThrough this request, VA seeks information on solutions, technologies, and approaches that can fundamentally improve the digital experience across all benefit portfolios.\nVA welcomes responses that include:\nDescriptions of relevant ideas, capabilities, and approaches.\nCase studies or examples from similar environments.\nUser journey workflows for identity proofing, sign-in, recovery, and navigation.\nKnown limitations, risks, and tradeoffs.\nLessons learned from past deployments.\nResponses may be informal and narrative; diagrams, visuals, and workflow illustrations are encouraged (attachments such as images or separate diagram files do not count toward the page limit).\n\n\n\n\nFollow-On Engagement:\nVA may schedule follow-on discussions to better understand selected responses.
