Dear Sir/Madam, UNICEF in collaboration with UNDP and all other UN Agencies in Papua New Guinea (PNG) intend to establish multiple Long Term Arrangements (LTAs) with potential Hotels/Institutions to provide Conferencing, Accommodation and Catering Services in various locations/provinces in PNG. Hotels/Institutions located in PNG are invited to provide your Bids. Attached you will find; 1. Invitation to Bid for Services (LIBS) Document, 2. TOR and 3. Annex 2 Bid Price Template. Read through the LIBS and TOR and submit your bids. The bid closes on Tuesday 28th July 2026 at 23:30 hrs PNG Time and will be opened on Wednesday 29th July 2026 at 10:00 hrs.
