Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W6856-25V310 dated 2025-09-16 with a closing date of 2025-10-23 at 14h00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is issuing this Request for Proposal in order to retain the services of a supplier who can provide all tools, equipment, materials, transportation and labour required to perform maintenance, inspection, testing, software updates and/or upgrades and repairs of elevating devices located in Valcartier, Pointe-à-Carcy, Saint-Malo, Sainte-Foy and Lévis.
