Health NZ RFP - Provision of Building Management System Services (BMS) in the Capital, Coast, and Hutt Valley

Health New Zealand is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for Building Management System (BMS) maintenance and support services across Wellington Regional Hospital, Hutt Hospital, Kenepuru Community Hospital and Kapiti Health Centre. The services support critical hospital infrastructure, including HVAC, environmental controls and associated building services systems. The scope includes planned preventative maintenance, system monitoring, reactive maintenance, fault response, reporting, asset register support, system optimisation and continuous improvement. Suppliers must be capable of supporting Niagara-based systems and a mixed BMS environment that includes legacy/proprietary platforms. Health NZ intends to appoint a single supplier for an initial two-year term, with one optional one-year extension
