This project involves the removal of Block F and sections of roofing, cladding, and decking, along with the construction of a new 25m² sensory room. The works include both membrane and metal roofing systems, new wall cladding, windows and doors, insulation, decking, internal fitout, and associated plumbing, drainage, and electrical services. Key components include: - Demolition of Block F and associated structures - Removal of profiled metal roofing and veranda roofing - Installation of new Colorsteel Multirib metal roofing and RoofLogic FiberTite membrane roofing - Construction of a new timber-framed sensory room on subfloor foundations - Installation of new wall cladding, windows, doors, linings, and acoustic treatments - Construction of new deck and covered veranda - Integration of plumbing, drainage, and electrical services - Installation of heat pump, storage joinery, and internal finishes Contractors must be licensed to install the specified RoofLogic FiberTite membrane system.
