B707 Lodging is a 299-room hotel. It was constructed in three-phases from 2001-2005. Electronic PDF \nand AutoCAD drawings are available. Title II services shall be provided by the DOR. \nThis is a competitive 100% total small business set-aside for a "Design-Build" construction contract to design and Repair Mass Notification and Fire Alarm system B821 and B870 at \nthe Minneapolis Air Reserve Station (MSP-ARS), Minnesota. \nThis is a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract. \nThis acquisition is procured under NAICS code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a size standard of $45M. \nPlease reference Section L for proper preparation and submission of proposals. \nThe Government intends to award to one (1) responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to all required terms and conditions, to include all required representations and \ncertifications, meets all requirements set forth in the RFP, and provides the best value to the Government based on the results of the evaluation as described in Section M, \nEvaluation Factors for Award. \nIn accordance with FAR 36.204(h) and DFARS 236.204(ii), the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. \nA site visit is scheduled for this project.
