ITC is seeking to contract, an experienced and legally registered HR Recruitment Agency in Kenya to provide end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration and outsourced employment services for the following 4 positions: Business Development Manager Finance Officer Communications Assistant Assistant Technical Designer The selected agency shall be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, facilitating recruitment processes, onboarding successful candidates, managing payroll and ensuring statutory compliance throughout the contract period. The objective of this assignment is to ensure timely recruitment and compliant employment management of a qualified team to support Tujikuze Ethical Fashion Ltd in achieving its strategic and operational goals during the project implementation period (July- October 2026).
