Request for Qualifications for Real Estate Broker Services

Texas Southern University (“Owner”) is solicitingstatements of qualifications (“Qualifications”), under the authority of Chapter73.115 of the Texas Education Code – Acquisition of Goods and Services, for theselection of a qualified, licensed, commercial real estatebroker entities for providing real estate consulting, sale and acquisitionservices for (A) the expansion of the University land boundaries; and (B) mixuse development of property owned by the University; and (C) additional campuslocations; and (D) other services as deemed necessary and appropriate by theUniversity in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forthin this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”), which provides potentialrespondents with the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualificationsfor consideration by Owner. This solicitation setsforth the terms, conditions, and requirements for prospective Real EstateBrokers to be considered for this work. (Prospective Real Estate Brokers arehereinafter referred to as “Offerors”). This RFQ provides offerors with the informationnecessary to prepare and submit Qualifications for consideration by the Owner.
