Migration Support Services Request for Proposal

Amendment 019 posted. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is seeking Contractor(s) to deliver Migration Support Services (MSS), which provides reliable and secure transactional and administrative support for the provision of Biometric Collection Services and other Services to Applicants and IRCC. Biometric Collection is defined as the collection of Biometric Information (fingerprints and photographs) and Biographic Information (personal details such as name, date of birth and Country of Residence) from Applicants and their transmission to IRCC. To perform the work required, Contractors must establish and maintain a regional network of Ongoing Facilities and Contact Centres in multiple Locations of Work that provide secure and reliable services to applicants and IRCC.
