The four block roofs, while not leaking, are at the end of life. The existing pitched iron roofing requires replacement like for like. Some of the gutters and flashings also require replacement. The replacement area is approximately 288m2 across the four blocks. Works are preferred to be staged over school holidays breaks unless a safe methodology can be agreed with the school.
