Notice is hereby given that the City of Homestead intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for the procurement of proprietary software licensing, software maintenance, technical support, software updates, implementation services, and related professional services supporting the City's existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Energy Management System (EMS), and Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).The City intends to negotiate and award a contract to the following vendor:Open Systems International, Inc. d/b/a AspenTech Digital Grid Management (Emerson)
