Measuring the working environment and organisation development.

Description

NRK shall procure a new and modern tool that shall be used to measure and evaluate the working environment in the organisation. The objective of the procurement is to ensure an efficient and user friendly tool that provides reliable data and insight into the working environment, so that NRK can identify forces and improvement areas. The new tool shall contribute to promoting a positive work culture, strengthening employees ́ well-being and health, as well as facilitating continual development of the working environment.
