2025/8173 - Procurement of school camp services

Description

Bodø municipality would like to enter into a parallel framework agreement with up to three tenderers for hosting services for a school camp for 7th years. The aim is to ensure sufficient capacity so that several pupil groups can travel at the same time, as well as reduce the vulnerability to any operational challenges at one tenderer. The tenderer shall provide board, lodging and hosting, whilst the municipality provides personnel who safeguard the educational content. School camps shall give pupils knowledge about nature and contribute to social development and a better learning environment. Approx. 600 pupils are estimated to have a higher volume at the start due to lag. The site inspection will be carried out as part of the procurement process.
