All required supporting documentation and offers must be submitted by Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. To provide maintenance services, on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), commercial refrigeration and boiler equipment, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipments, as defined in the Annex Statement of Work. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), and it is for the buildings located at 131 Queen Street, and 180 Wellington St., Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.. A mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday July 15, 2026, at 10:30 EDT. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 16:00 EDT, to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
