To facilitate an accurate assessment, we need to ascertain your firm s interest.\nThe Oscar G Johnson VA Medical Center is seeking Construction firms under NAICS Code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. \nPART 1 General Scope of Work:\nContractors shall provide for and furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools,\nequipment, transportation, licenses, certificates, insurance, temporary protection, and\nother items designated under the provisions of this contract for the Replace condensate\nLines and Pumps 585-21-113 at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center Located in\nIron Mountain, Michigan as outlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the\ncontract drawings. Work includes remove, resize, and replace condensate steam lines,\npumps, PRVs, add bypass lines, replace HPC traps, associated asbestos, replace 6 \nsteam valve coming from 8 MPS header in sub-basement and other aspects of\nconstruction as required by the drawings and specifications. Installation shall be as\noutlined in the contract specifications and as shown on the drawings.\n\n**Period of Performance: *180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP)\nThe small business size standard for NAICS 238220 is $19 million.\n**Part 2 INTERESTED SOURCES SDVOSB AND VOSB MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:**\nCompany name, address, point of contact, phone number, SAM UEI number, and business status.\nIndicate the primary nature of your business, any teaming agreements or arrangements, planned self-performance and subcontracting program.\nProvide detailed construction background related to extensive experience in hospital electrical and wiring installation. This information should include a description of the overall project, AND specifically what work your company performed on the contract.
