Alcon Vision, LLC is the only source that can perform repairs/maintenance to the vitrectomy units due to the proprietary nature of this equipment, no other company was found that has authorized third-party service providers. \n\nNAICS Code for this requirement is 811210 with a small business size standard of $34M.\n\nNo formal solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.\n\nHowever, prospective contractors who believe they can successfully quote must provide specific detailed technical documentation to support such claims of abilities.
