Description

The Contracting Authority for this procurement is Porsgrunn municipality, Municipal Engineering. The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the awarding of framework agreements for a turnkey contract with interaction. The framework agreements are for engineering design services for and the construction of the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for developments, maintenance and replacements of the contracting authority ́s water and sewage installations/network (V/A) and road installations.
