Introduction The intention of the evaluation is to assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness and efficiency of the facility as a financing vehicle to date, and to make concrete recommendations on how to strengthen it over the next strategic framework period. The evaluation is expected to assess the results of the intervention to date (direct and indirect, whether intended or not) across UNCDF’s full theory of change in a sample of countries in which UNCDF investments have been deployed, from its first year of implementation. This will involve work at headquarters, regional, and (select) country levels. Initiatives supported through the BRIDGE Facility will be purposively selected for in-depth assessment.
