A single Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded from this RFQ.USACE projects requiring elevator maintenance, inspection, and testing include Caesar Creek Lake located at 4020 N. Clarksville Rd, Waynesville Ohio 45068. William H. Harsha Lake located at 2185 Slade Rd., Batavia Ohio, 45103. Clearance J. Brown Dam and Reservoir located at 2630 Croft Rd., Springfield Ohio 45503. Brookville Lake located at 10064 Overlook Rd., Brookville Indiana 47012. The contractor shall provide and complete selected services for one elevator installed at the intake tower at each location. Efforts/scope includes performing routine maintenance, Annual (No-Load) Safety Test, 5-year (Full Load) Safety Tests, and repairs in accordance with most recent version of ANSI/NETA Maintenance Testing Standard (MTS). Project Elevators differ from site to site.
