The Government intends to enter into a real property succeeding lease contract to lease 9609 ABOA, with a minimum of 50 parking spaces, for utilization as a community-based outpatient clinic. The lease term requirement is for five (5) years firm, five (5) years non-firm. The space must be available for occupancy by February 1, 2027. \nThis procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement.\nThis notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
