This item is manufactured to a Commercial Item Description (CID), A-A-55437 Type I. \n\n \n\n The acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) single award long-term contract (LTC) with the option years priced out at the time of award. The procedures at FAR Part 13.5, “Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services” and FAR Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services” will be utilized. A price only approach will be utilized. Any resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest evaluated price, taking no exceptions to the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation including offering an item that complies with the applicable item description. The resultant contract will include a two (2) year base period and four (4) two-year option periods.
