In making this determination, the \nGovernment will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space \nthat potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be \nincurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant \nimprovements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency \ndowntime. \nThis procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions, and \nspecifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent \nout pursuant to this advertisement. \nThe Government reserves the right to disregard as inadequate any responses to this \nnotification that fail to include the property-specific information listed below as being \nmandatory submissions in responding to this notification. \nNot all minimum requirements are reflected in this advertisement. \nAt this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings.
