The contract(s) will cover routine and reactive maintenance to ensure all public, rural, and urban green spaces remain safe, clean, and are well-maintained for community use. The towns in scope are Norsewood & Ormondville, Dannevirke, Woodville, Pahiatua and Eketahuna. The contract(s) offer a great opportunity for experienced maintenance and grounds contractors to expand their portfolios and work on high-visibility community assets. The successful respondent(s) will be responsible for delivering - > Herbicibe and Pesticide Spraying. > Mowing and Ground Maintenance. > Pensioner Housing. > Refuse Collection. > Playground Equipment and Furniture Maintenance. > Gardens, Rose Gardens and Amenity Bed Displays. > Sports Turfs and Sports Grounds. > Cenotaphs and Memorials. PLEASE NOTE - not in scope is the cemetary maintenance services component to these towns, which will be let as seperate contracts.
