Co-sourcing of payroll services

Description

KS shall enter into a contract with a tenderer for co-sourcing payroll services for KS and six subsidiaries. The objective of the procurement is to ensure a stable, efficient and correct pay process with a high degree of quality and compliance with laws, agreements and reporting requirements. The assignment includes the execution of central pay processes in KS ́s own systems, including control and processing of travel expenses, updating the wages basis and variable data, wages driving, reconciliation, A-notification and futures settlement. The tenderer shall work in collaboration with KS ́s internal HR and financial functions, and contribute to standardisation, automation and process improvement over time.
